Every system should be tuned up once a year. (It can save you up to 10% on your fuel bills and help prevent other problems from developing.) Tune-ups cost about $99 plus parts, but they're included in both plans.

Now consider what happens when your system needs repairs. Including labor, a blower motor can cost over $200. A fuel pump can run almost $300. A new circulator can run as high as $400. If any of these repairs are done after normal business hours, labor costs climb to time and a half.
